The “unfranchise” was made popular by Market America and refers to the ability to own a franchise without all the typicalll hassles.
Market America acts as a broker. They start by finding a niche and contracting a manufacturer.
Market America will then puts its sales force to work by having them distribute and sell the product all across the states on a comission basis.
So, how about the business opportunity? Market America is a network marketing company. For those unfamiliar with the concept, each business owner, or “unfranchise” owner will develop their own business by recruiting more people into the company.
You would build your business the normal network marketing way, by building a downline of people underneath you. You also have to think about bv in their comission structure.
This Bv system work inside the comission structure to determine your payout. You will get paid depending on how many products are sold and how much bv is accumulated.
As normal in this structure, you are encouraged to begin by recruiting your friends and family.
If you want to participate in the hotel meetings and product parties, that this may be a good fit for you.
So is Market America Legitimate? Yes, they are a legitimate network marketing company.
You just have to decide for yourself if this is the type of company you see yourself in.
Good Luck out there!
