Getting To Know Yourself

Most women will admit that if we were to be stripped of all our roles in life, there wouldn’t be much left. It is a good thing for us to take pride in doing our jobs well, and the influence we have on other’s lives.
Unfortunately, this does not truly define us. And what happens when those roles change, well honestly, what you will discover is that as the roles change, those women usually will take on a new life path.
It is not a good idea to wait until some life altering moment comes along to examine who we are. Getting to know the real you will make your life better, which will in turn bleed into the lives around you.
It is natural for wives and mothers to put themselves last, we have so many others that come before us. This can be a root of our low self worth issues. Believe in yourself, and see yourself as others do. This will make your life more worth while, as other’s lives that you reach.
The most simple concept is that if you value yourself, you will value your marriage. Let your true self out, and relish in your gifts, and you will grow in all areas of your life, including your marriage.
